Anybody else on Light path feeling like they may have to break rank and pick the Dark choice when it comes to Taron?
I don't think I've hated a VN character this much since Acting Lessons.
I want to kill him for hurting Eliza and killing the parents but at this point im not even sure anymore that Taron is really evil.
He could have easily killed Eliza but somehow didn’t.
Hes supposed to be the new vessel for balthazar but .. does he even want that or is he forced himself?
Why does he want/needs the MC to become stronger if he’s gonna be Balthazar’s vessel anyway? For what does he (or anyone) need a second Nephilim?
At this point it seems to be a possibility that taron knew about Balthazar’s revival and maybe doesn’t want to be his vessel yet knows he will revive no matter what?

Could it be that the MCs angel father instructed Taron to kill the MCs parents and push him towards getting strong?
To become strong enough to be able to fight Balthazar in time?
Taron seems more and more like he’s just a pawn himself.
And maybe it’s just plot armor but he could have harmed the mc way more - for example kill all his friends in the city during the pirate arc if that was his goal.
