someone here mentioned there was a big update that was coming but this 0.4.8 was probably the smallest update so far, will we be seeing a big update this year 2024 ?, or will it most likely be available at the begining of the next year 2025?

I can't remember which, but iirc it was Dec or Jan update that will be the big one. November will probably just be normal size.

Jan If I recall correctly Nov is the last update of Chapter 4
so this nephilim 0.4.8 is the last update for november, or is there a v0.4.9, because the one i have is the 0.4.8 where it ends with bloddy banshees kira and her sister pearl and then it asks mo to save the game. But then here on the site i saw someone talk about a 0.4.9 being already out as an early release.

v 0.4.9 Public Release will be on 26th November. (Tiers will start getting it from now), but it doesn't drop here until the Public Release.
And I wouldn't play it if it did, its not fair on the Dev who already gives it to us for free after his patreons.
yes i do agree, they work hard for this game and give it to us for free the least we can do is wait, fair point made. I must say that this game is the best i have played so far, so lots of thanks to dev team, keep up the amazing work on this game

yeah that's my stance as well expect for a game I really can't wait for then I don't have the willpower to wait lol. Then I feel guilty right after haha.
yes lol this game has me hooked i mean for an adult game this game has, so much to offer other than just being an adult game, its plot, humor, the story itsel and the characters, the romance and lot more just can't go into all the deatils, so overall I mean this really is 10 out of 10 star game in my opinion
Such a weird moralist stance imo, not like you generate the dev any money like that. The only thing it does is giving you guys a reason to give yourself a thumbsup. Even more on a piracy board.
Dont get me wrong, i think its good that there are no leaks because the dev (as you said) deserves to make money and has public releases without too much waiting time which is already unusual for DAZ avns.
But i still cant help but cringe reading these comments, its a strange art of virtue signaling where you dont even help the guy you want to "support" via your actions.

it depends on the game for me. I have some games I have on steam ( my preference for support). I still refuse to download an update from here until it gets onto steam. But for games that I don't support I just don't download a games update right away if it leaks rather quickly because of my own guilt for playing it right away or I just want to show some respect towards a dev. I try to wait till it gets to public or one of the last 2 tiers. I'm also a hypocrite too tho cause it depends on the game some I can't wait to play but those are my favorites.
Im kinda curious now ... as the line of thinking seems really outlandish to me. Do you feel the same when youre watching porn?

It's just a personal thing for me (and it doesn't apply to every dev), but for smaller devs like Buu that are communicative, regular updates and offer free public releases.
I realize that it doesn't put any of my money in his pocket, but by suggesting that I don't use the leaked version and wait for public, someone else might decide to not use leaked and wait too or join his Patreon (probably not on a piracy site, but you never know).
I didn't mean to sound pompous or holier than thou and I apologize if it came off that way (like you said, on F95, it would be hypocritical of me).
It was meant as just a little shout out to one of the good devs.
