This kinda ties back to what I was saying about the game having a character problem beyond MC and Eliza. Regardless of where you put the blame, this is the point where Alice ceases to be a possible Li for me. She already comes across as extremely mentally ill. She has based her whole life path on a promise made to her by a 10 year old who subsequently found his parents murdered and then vanished - but instead of being sad and then getting on with her life, she convinces herself that he's coming back to fulfill his promise and then just waits. When it turns out she's right and he is coming back, she immediately focuses back on the promise he made when he was 10 and sorta skips everything else that happened to him. I mean she acknowledges it but then shoves it to the back burner and tries to pick up where they left off. So despite the rape and murder of his parents and the decade of hardship that followed for him, MC is still handling the whole situation better than Alice. The thing when she was in bed with MC and Eliza was just the cake topper. Alice does not need MC, she needs a psychiatrist.

This update is worse than I anticipated. I would not go to help Kira and Pearl, if anything I might help Brenda - probably not but if I had to choose between the three. I also do no like Diana and would not have saved her - there is only one real task on my to-do list (the whole revenge thing) and given the combined power of MC and Eliza, I don't think we need a bunch of allies to do it. The only good part of it was the time with Eliza. Not liking the direction this is going at all currently.

Without rehashing my thoughts on Kira and Pearl I'll just say I wouldn't be opposed to helping Kira at least but If the other girl you're referring to Is Brenda then I have nothing but disdain for her, seem to be picking up girls like strays at this point.

No it's a new one but yes, like strays - and despite her trying to kill you, you don't get an option about what you want to do about her you just try to save her because she'd make a valuable ally ... or something. I mean I suppose the bandits in the forest or the assassin could have been valuable allies too.

It was explained away, not dealt with. I would have, if given the option, killed them both. I certainly don't consider them friends or allies and would not have gone to their rescue. Nor would I have spared or healed the new one.
