And there I was waiting for an update to Nephilim, then popups an update Breeders of the Nephilim. I spit my instant noodles directly out....
In short, Diana made MC her bitch on multiple occasions. If MC didn't have his regeneration ability he would have died.Discussion is about how strong the mc is compared to everyone else. He's stronger than the skeletons, there was nothing they could do against him other than. I personally don't even consider to be a "fight" since it's just the mc going against multiple waves of nameless, faceless, enemies. I mean the discussion before was about how the mc needed to get stronger so he doesn't struggle in a fight and he unless he unlocks and infinite stamina at some point he's still going to get tired when fighting to many people no matter how strong he gets. Just like how earlier I said that Taron is a threat mostly because of his influence and the fact he goes after others and isn't directly stronger than the mc. The skeletons arent directly stronger than the mc either.
As for Diana, not really. She stabbed him in the vitals and he got knocked down, managed to get back up later because of the cyrstals and he should have died, twice. He lost 2 out of 3 rounds and only managed to tie on the final round.
tbh I always thought the MC was a bit of a weak fighter he relies on his powers to much.In short, Diana made MC her bitch on multiple occasions. If MC didn't have his regeneration ability he would have died.
So a literal powerful being got his ass kicked by an above avg human being but a human being none the less and for what? So that he could be in a bed with her half naked?
She's not really just an above average human, she's a descendant of the ancients, didn't the dev say that ancients are on par with the minor gods? I don't really see why mc losing is all that shocking other than the fact he hasn't lost until now. Yeah mc's dad is more powerful than Diana's ancestor, but it's not like either of them are normal people. Diana's just had more training with her powers. In short, Diana made MC her bitch on multiple occasions. If MC didn't have his regeneration ability he would have died.

Plus the whole point of most of the game thus far has been that the MC is not up to his full potential of power yet. Otherwise, he wouldn't be collecting all these different powers on his adventures. He needs more training to strengthen his powers, especially since it's not an endless well of power and he has to recharge depending on what he's done that day. Training with Diana will probably be more beneficial than when he trained with Rin as a child since he's not as familiar with water/ice magic.tbh I always thought the MC was a bit of a weak fighter he relies on his powers to much.
Naah, I didn't like how many close calls were there. Diana should not be anywhere close to MC even if he is at, let's say, 10% of his potential. If diana is a descendant of the ancients then MC is a literal nephilim and his family is full of gods. She's not really just an above average human though descendant of the ancients, didn't the dev say that ancients are on par with the minor gods? Which is weird since he apparently trained for 10 years without any powers and at least once fought goblins that way.tbh I always thought the MC was a bit of a weak fighter he relies on his powers to much.
Yeah ain't no one got time for that shit when there's women to collect. He needs more training to strengthen his powers,
Training huh...is that what the kids are calling it these days?Training with Diana will probably be more beneficial
The only woman I've been with so far as Eliza, I'm treating the current "journey" as a basically a long unskippable ad break in the story.Who cares about such minor details? If you havent noticed yet, the Story is shit and gets worse with every update.
It started good with some background Story - Childhood live, loving Parents, Childhood love and a purpose = revenge.
The journey to his hometown - reconnecting with his Childhood love - all good and well.
The journey to the capital - "bonding" with eliza - all good and well...
But then, after reaching the capital, it all went down the drain and Buu decided to throw every single woman, the MC encounters, onto his dick.
(Think about it - the only women we havent fucked are the bandid girl and the woman at the pub and this was before we reached the capital, but after - every girl we saw, we fucked - or have the chance to in the future (Sabrina, Diana, the Princess, the Witch and probably her Mother too - just to name a few)) but there is no purpose anymore, the MC gets played like a toy, makes rash, stupid decisions, but at least he gets his dick wet.
And boy dont let me start with the dialoges.. because every girl in this Story has the same personality
He already did a decade of training without his powers. Even in the most basic military in the world - if you haven't figured out how to fight after 10 years of training, they either show you the door or find you a desk job.Training huh...is that what the kids are calling it these days?![]()
Except he's not in any military being trained. He's a self taught adventurer that comes with all of the bad habits of being self taught. He have been dead long ago if not for his mentor and his powers. Diana should have been a humbling experience but like Mav said, actual character growth gets in the way when you've got women to collect. I know that last part doesn't apply to you, Pix, but it needs to be said all the same.He already did a decade of training without his powers. Except that he's not really self taught, Eliza's dad was supposed to be the one training him and was supposed to be pretty good. We don't have full details but we know he had at least one fight with goblins (though it looks like it might not have gone well for him). At any rate, training is what the 10 year absence was supposed to be about - well training and hiding. So he should have about as much training as Diana - just not with his powers, those are relatively new.Except he's not in any military being trained. He barely eeks out a victory against Diana and instead of reflecting on it, pulls a Shepard and says "we'll bang, okay." Then goes to the island where he just repeats it over and over to the island girls.
I think we interpreted the story differently, and that's fine.Except that he's not really self taught, Eliza's dad was supposed to be the one training him and was supposed to be pretty good. I don't really care. MC's powers are good enough most of the time and growing. I hope to finish this little island vacation, get back to port, say goodbye to Diana and the Pirate Twins (ideally forever) and then get back to the story. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have gotten into a fight with Diana in the first place, there was nothing to fight about. He's not self taught He was trained by a former knight and by an order of assassins. He had actual mentors and teachers for most of those 10 years and only became on his own right before the story started.
And he didn't eek out a victory over Diana at all. He lost straight up, he even admits it himself that she's stronger than he is. He lost round 1. Manages to recover and get back in the fight become of his regen abilities, loses round 2 and gets back in the fight for the same reason, then there is a double knock out in round 3.That's two loses and 1 draw.
I don't really get why people are making a big deal out of the Diana thing though, he's not a normal Human and she's not a normal human. Mc has more potential, but she's had better training and more experience.
Expect Diana is the one that started the fight so you would have to defend yourself. Now if you got what you wanted you would of never left so you would never even would of met Diana.I don't really care. MC's powers are good enough most of the time and growing.
