It's happening on a lot of the compressed versions now (not just Nephilim). I've never had any issues using them (maybe 9 or 10 now).
Same for me. I just love that girl. Some of the other girls are nice, but Eliza is just awesome.

Agree, especially the second part. Most of the other girls ... I mean they're "nice" and they look "nice" but most of them have not much story to speak of and/or no real personality beyond "nice". If I just want a bunch of lewd scenes with random, attractive women - that's what Pornhub is for.

Update note 26. Dec: I've added the latest chapter since there were a spelling mistake in one of the variables.
The mentioned issue is still present in the 0.5.3 version, so I've still included the fix from 0.5.0
Install: Copy the game folder inside the game's folder and overwrite when asked.

We rebuild the game anyways so the original icon will be deleted, so we just add the F95 one

No, Defender will do that depending the time of the month (sounds like a woman, eh), depending on definition updates.
You should also see what the actual threat is. More than likely, you are getting the WacatacB!ml message, which will hit many Ren'Py games.
WacatacB!ml also known as "machine learning", Defender is telling you that it thinks/could/might be a virus, not an actual virus. It is a well-known false positive.

thank's for the reminder and the head up, i ran in to this false positive last year or so, that is why I suposed that you guy's after runnig the virus scan when compressing changed the Icon,
