Yes, you should start a new playthrough
chapters 1-4 has new content and variables now have an effect on how you deal with things, from LIs to battles
Also, some female characters have new paths, so you might not want to be quick on the kill in your new playthrough

Holy shit what a massive downgrade, it's 4 times smaller. How come?
How does that work? Never tried that? And using WT mods in it is easy or headache?
Sorry for many questions but a bit new in this regard.

because anything between v0.5.0 and v0.6.0 = part of v0.6.0.
0.(the entire VN) .5(completed arc's) .1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10......(chapters towards next arc.)
my guess
after 0.5.9, he took a little break
as he did a lot of work, from new characters, the variable system, new paths for current character, especially for those you might have killed in your previous playthrough, new side stories
so it would make sense, that the content would be a less this time round
You download and install the apk file, install all the renpy plugins available
create a folder where the game will be stored, run joiply and add the exe file using the + sign
this might help

I was really hoping that this game would go back to being good after the island garbage was done but this update was boring af. I hate that I am losing faith in this.
Dev's reply on Patreon: " The update is larger than our average monthly update so can't really be that short, you've just been spoiled with insanely large updates during the island arc".

The last update had only 342 NEW renders, the rest were just updated with new variables and lots of text.
