Eliza should be considered in the ancient harem, she has pure vampire blood, purifired by a nephilim to top it off. as in from the divinity that gave them existence. cant really get any older blood than that. its a step below divine but way above the rest even if she wasnt born that way, she was reborn that way. more importantly it she cant be an harem by herself so cant created a whole new bracket for her.
Only that this ancient harem belongs to one of the groups of harems possible to create in this game. When mentioning groups of possible harems, let them all be mentioned.

ive yet to play that arc might play it next month. But I can tell you Pearl is the only one that matters to me during that arc haha. Maia has been around for a long time but the other 2 are new so sure but i wouldn't say Maia is a side girl. If you want to get technical she was suppose to be THE love interest lore wise before their connection got severed.
