It's hard to say, the only way to avoid a romantic relationship with Eliza is to avoid all possible romantic possibilities with her from the start.
No, you just have to reject her when her permanent choice pops up. IIRC it's in chapter 4 and is a choice that's something like "I'm not ready to commit."

Install: Copy the game folder inside the game's folder and overwrite when asked.

Yes. You have to reject her during their camping/date in the woods. This happens after she becomes a vampire. That's the choice that takes you off her route for good. Why does it take that long to set in? I have no idea. I just know that when I replayed the game, it took me that long to get off her path. So just do whatever you want up until that happens.
No, you're entirely correct. The choice happens on their date, right before they can have penetrative sex for the first time.
This just shows how much taste differs. You don't like Eliza (can't think of a reason why, she seems like a very safe choice. blue eyes, a normal hair color, fit but pretty normal body and no edgy/weird characteristics). You don't like pearl (pretty much the same but a little more thicc and maybe a little crazy). But then Kira (one of my least favorite characters) is your number one

haha yeah I was thinking to myself when I read that how can you like Kira but not like Peral or Eliza. Tho they also like Sylph which is another character I dislike myself cause I find her to annoying. Haven't played the Island arc yet but reading their tier list im expecting to not like Echo since I dislike 2 of their favorites.
