Fair point. Some of the fan art over here got me to thinking through different scenarios.That goes into completly different thing happening on routes again tho, there are enough people that like Oliver in principle (even in the "harder" state he is right now) and dom players can then avoid him if the rework isn't enough for them, having him branch into two paths, one were he contiues and one were we do what you said, then we are back at the problem that making content will take longer and longer.
I think Le Stag going with the approach to make some characters/things avoidable, but keep the overall routes of them simple is good, because the nice development-cycle, instead of the typical months between updates, is also a selling point of the game![]()
