Dude, I think the developer doesn't care about your opinion or the opinion of all the people complaining about the game, he already said that he would tell the story as he wants. He can only listen to the subscribers of his patreon if there are a lot of dissatisfied ones .
Dude, you can see all the developer's recent comments on his account. He unsubscribed that he would do as he had planned and he didn 't care about those who disagree .
It's normal that patreon people have more to say. They are paying for it. But i doubt i they have something to say either

That wasn't directed at you. It was merely a blanket statement that the majority of ideas given are straying from the direction the developer has set. While I do recognize the adjacency of the topics, they clearly have no place in his vision—something that seems to upset people a lot.

If you put it that way, I agree. Speaking for myself, I'm not upset about that, but I am rather interested in the reason for the allergic and vehemnt reaction of a lot of people who reject it. I sometimes would like them to be more explicit about that than simply using one label to discredit something. But then again, nobody is bound to answer anything too personal of course. I got partly an answer from the dev, I have to say, more than I could expect, which helped me to understand part of it.

Actually, I like Netorase Phone better, story-wise (many more possibilities thanks to Tara and Ashley, imho), but the other one is fun, too--especially playing the different paths.
It's simple, some people prefer NTR which is cheating and some people (like me) hate cheating but prefer NTS.
I can totally understand that, and I would use this wording myself, but many people here use a vastly extended def of NTR beyond cheating. They oftentimes include all kinds of negative feelings which could come along the way of sharing, namely, as above, jealousy and conflict - both isn't cheating. Denial and humiliation are also forbidden etc. Don't know about impregnation, what they think about that.
