3 of the 4 girls I listed are actually shown in the picture you took from discord of the advertised content.
the top right and bottom left pictures are the two pictures that just show up in the game exactly like in the preview.
it is not even a preview, just the whole thing.
the bottom right is the girl you mouthfuck, the only actual scene in the v0.20 public version
there are supposedly 2 more scenes in the extended version but we need to wait until someone leaks it.

I'm glad the dev has a family now, personally I wish them the best.
Truth be told, the game was dead 2 years ago, rest assured it will never get finished but everyone who isn't braindead knew this by now. Expect a half assed finished release soon once the developer really can't spend a second on it anymore since the cow has been on lifesupport for a while. Curse of most patreon games.
If they're smart, they just give this project to another guy that redoes everything with AI so it stays cohesive in its artstyle even if other folks are involved.

I don't remember it either, yet it is somehow in my save.
it is the hearts skill.
Apparently I can use it with pressing S next to appropriate character. then selecting the target from amongst the nearby NPCs and hitting enter to confirm

Basically a downgrade from the previous update, in this public version you don't get access to the gallery and to some older scenes, they are now locked behind the extended version, not worth the time to download it IMO.
