I can try and play through 0.4.5 and see what I find in terms of what scenes a "full lesbian" player might object to.
I'll list them here in this comment:
1. Immediately when the game begins the perspective is Kiara's father who is perving on and undressing Kiara.
2. Right as you appear in the hotel following what happened with John you get a perspective shift to Dennis who pervs on both Kiara and her mother.
3. Right after Dennis fondles Mia. You can choose to protest of course, but it still happens.
4. When Lana arrives at the hotel we again get a perspective shift to Dennis perving on Lana this time.
5. He again fondles the female character present, you get a choice to stop it, but it still happens.
6. A bit later on you get a scene with a POV shift to Mason perving on Mia in the shower.
7. Mason then gets into the shower with Mia. You can refuse the encounter, but he still comes on to her.
8. Right after you get another POV shift to a dude with a camera perving from afar, he too comments on Mia in a sexual fashion.
9. After Kiara arrived in Japan she gets a cab. During the ride you shift to driver POV who pervs on Kiara.
10. After arrival, said driver will comment on Xia's body sexually too.
11. Xia sends an explicit image to Ichigo on her phone. This one doesn't bother me personally, but other people who want "full lesbian" content might consider it straight sex, so I'mm mention it anyway.
12. Afterwards Kiara and Natsuko take public transport where a man fondles Natsu.
13. A bit later on Veronica comes to find Mia cuddling in bed with Mason and interrupt them as they are about to kiss. This is another one that doesn't bother me as it implies heterosexual sex rather than showing it, but others to want "full lesbian" might dislike it appearing.
14. After the John stuff you get a scene of a Karl with Lana and someone named Elizabeth. Karl monologues about desiring Elizabeth.
15. Next you get a scene with some boy named Liu who pervs on his mom Sachiko, he then fondles her.
16. Later on after Ms. Wong leaves John's office he comment about her sexually.
17. After that you get a scene with a Rin coming on to a Damian and propositioning him sexually.
16. Next time we find Kiara on public transport a molester expresses desire towards her and is interrupted at his molesting my Agent Wong. He proceeds with molesting her instead, you then get a choice to stop him.
17. After talking with the manager in the "blue building" Kiara enters the office of a dude called Vince who leers at her, throughout the scene he monologues about her sexually and fondles his assistant.
18. A bit later in "Shubhashira Coffee" I think, a Genji will monoglogue about Kiara sexually.
19. Later on again at a gaming cafe a "Jako" will leer at Kiara. Afterwards he steals her skirt in the toilets.
20. After the court scene John proposes a poker game and wishes to wager Veronica sexually if he were to win. After she breaks off the conversation he monologues about her sexually.
21. After a park scene with Jake and Evelyn you are presented with John having sex with two women I can't remember if we've met before. No warning and no skip option. He also propositions Agent Wong sexually. He also appears in a later shower scene with Veronica.
22. Quite a bit later there is a haircut-scene with a "fatguy" who then fondles Kiara. After the following Rose scene he reappears, comments about Kiara and Rose sexually and makes comments at Agent Wong as well.
23. In a hotel room scene with Rin, Lana and Damian, Rin comes on to Damian sexually. Lana comes on to him romantically afterwards.
24. Later on with a Valentina and Nick scene the morphed voice on the tablet propositions her sexually.
25. After that there is a Damian POV scene of him expressing his love for Kiara. Since it is just him and his dream it doesn't bother me in of itself, I just dislike POV shifts regardless of content and gender, but other "full lesbian" players would probably be bothered by it.
26. Later on a couple of molesters approach Natsuko and suggests to rape her, before Nobi intervenes.
27. While Aiden is reviewing the files about Kiara John comes on to her sexually during the events he's reviewing.
Whew, that took a while. I think that's all the instances I could find that in my view would conflict with a player doing a "100% lesbian" playthrough though.
To be honest I just think you, the developer, should settle for telling newcomers that the game has lesbian content but lesbian-only is impossible, this probably won't ever be a game that caters to that taste. Johns perversion is just a part of the story and if you added skips for all of it no one would understand the story.
I didn't try all the options, but I got the impression that Natsuko/Nobi always happens and a player going for "100% lesbian" would want an option to either skip their scenes or hinder their pairing too.
A small detail I noticed too is that because of the way sexual content and corruption progresses in the game you can't really get enough for a "fun" lesbian playthrough. There is a scene where Kiara can stare at Lana lustfully but if you select away all heterosexual encounters then Kiara won't have enough corruption to lust for Lana in that scene. I would add one of those scenes for adding corruption for money earlier in the game to allow for this.
The dev has made it that all sexual scenes that do not have Kiara (fmc) within them, are now skippable, so your not forced to watch them, the dev has bent over backwards to please every player type and every playstyle
I mean, not really, but I don't appreciate your implication though. I haven't demanded anything personally, I was just pointing out what it is some people mean when they ask for clarificaion if the game allows for "full lesbian," you make it sound like people are sharpening their blades and gesturing with their pitchforks at the developer, relax.
