It's the save files that are present I believe, you can delete them beforehand.
For the old players as the new UI change has deleted the saves that they had , you can delete the save folder to start a fresh.
Roadmap is public on patreon , check it always.
It takes time for uploaders / mods to update the page once i've reported it for updated version.
The little profile picture icon at right.The F.A.Q on the original post says:
"Only the characters in the about / glossary / compendium of the game are involved in the story , all others are npcs for corruption or other events that won't be there until or unless needed for nsfw scenes."
But I can't see any glossary or compendium in the game. Maybe a little help?
