Mine is in the 70's I think, but my MC has been working on lowering her relationship score to Leonard. To do that, you can't always say what increases the relationship score to Elsa.
I got her at 121 ( for some reason blackmailing her gets a higher relationship with her)
It depends what your MC is trying to achieve. If you are best friends with Elsa (100) and she has an excellent relationship with Leonard (100), she will have no reason to cheat.. If you lower the relationship score between them, maybe something can happen for your MC
