I don't agree, I really do not like spoilers in the galleries. I prefer just to see a simple lock icon or the names of the involved characters, but one thing I really don't want is knowing in advance what kind of scenes are there, a simple preview could spoil too much. I really like surprises in a VN, I approach them as a book or a film.

If relationship David/MC is above 50, tell him MC is not interested in her. Otherwise tell him MC likes her.
And then there are a few dialogues that increase David's relationship with Yvette further.
But you probably need to check the .rpy-files for the dialogues with Yvette to get to that point.
As others mentioned the MC will never see it. But it should be possible go for Yvette and still have David fuck her first.

With each new update, the new girl is open to serious relationships.
