The first missing month is the prequal game "Follower". If you want to play it, play the Renpy Fan Remake version, not the Unity one.
The flashback tells you the conclusion of the first game, so you are caught up on the story when the game starts.

Obviously, the prequal game fills in a lot of blanks about the characters of the first game, that is also in the second game.

The Name twice thing is a known bug.

I'm sorry. I think this version could be broke.
I'm making a partial rebuilding of the game and probably I mess up something in the last export I made.
In 10 days the rebuilding will be ready. (rebuilded version need to be played from schratch, there is a lot of new things)

Can you upload that save for me?
(It will be 10-6-LT1.save)

It will either be under the games\Saves folder or

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\NCC-1565603448\10-6-LT1.save

unfortunately thats the plot. the dev stated that for melissa storyline it requires her to be with david first. her character development starts there, it’s been hinted that her story will be some kind of a redemption arc. you still be able to get 100 points if you decided not to spy her on many occasion, but probably you wont be able to trigger some scenes

OK after scratching around in the code, I see that in previous versions you could not have sex with Ashley so early yet. (I must say that I was surprised to see you get it right on day 56. She was one of the most difficult ones to get her to have sex.)

I'm loath to say it, but I think it might be best for you to wait for the new release, since it will be relatively soon.
I can fix it for you, but you are probably just going to run into a similar issue on another day.

David is your housemate, You don't have to see her get fucked, but you will still run into her at your house.
Also if you do not flirt with her to try and win her over before David, your relationship with her will be too low to help her later on in the game when she needs you.

In this game, life goes on without you. So people will have things happen to them despite you. You can chose to help or be involved or ignore them, but things will still happen to them in the background.

With the initial Melissa, David, MC Love triangle, you are pretty much in the friendzone.

she will be with david first, to answer your question, yes, at the current moment you can choose to get her into bed later(giving her cocaine, spy, etc.) you will get her scene. but you can also genuinely care for her(no cocaine) try to help her and love her for the way she is, and maybe in the future she will go to rehab and love you back, but it's not implemented yet. so if you want to see her scene that already exist just follow my walkthrough. but when the game is finished or more content in the future, the walkthrough might change. there will probably be 2 routes, love route and just sex route

btw how can you put 3 signature? i can't have more than 2

Thank you for the information. I have started the game again and opted for a couple of different choices. It lead me to day 57 and is now proceeding without any difficulty.

Ok let me phrase my question the other way around: If you refuse to watch the sex between her and that guy does that prevent you from anything else except for not having seen that particular scene?

Well, technically I have 3 links in my signature. I'm not sure if you could do the same by just trying to put 3 images there. And since you say you can't I'm reluctant to try and mess it up, haha.
