This game looks incredible and there's a lot of content... but it looks like he forgot to put in some CGs? The story line is a bit confusing too with all the characters... I can't tell if I'm going down the right story line or not.

I noticed that. I'll cange it in the next version. I copy paste the dialogue of first episode from the unity vversion so sometimes I forget about it

I have mixed impressions about this. It doesen't look bad, but I don't like that chicks are cockblocking each other. In order to access sex shop chick, you must accept crackhead chick in club crapper. Than later, she's also blocked by brother's ex gloryhole wife, where you can't progress further if you say that you have no interest in her. Also in order to continue Andrea, you must do stuff with her mother... It's funny. 2 chicks I want to persue are blocked by 3 chicks I would not touch even with a stick

Anyway you don't need to do thing with Irene (your brother's wife ) to get Michelle. There are just 2 events about Irene in Michelle's storyline and whatever you do the event will go on. I use this way of "mixed storylines" to give a cronoligic sense" at the story.
The event with the girl at the club it just need for the same reason. You can rid of her after that. (In the next release I could change it and make it in another way giving more option).

Don't explain yourself to this guy. He's one of the most self-entitled users I've come across on this site. Don't believe me? Have a look at his reviews of "Depraved Awakening" and "Being a DIK". If he doesn't get what he wants, he'll claim the game raped him, or something along those lines. Do your thing, and listen to constructive criticism.
Would be cool if there is somehow a way to see how much Stamina the MC has, it's driving me crazy to finally get into action and then uhm yer, not that much happens, otherwise then that the game is great.
