Just to let you know I got stuck using old saves from the Demo had to start a new game
No changelog it just carries on from the hospital

You have to go outside police station and enter taxi, which is the yellow car close bottom left to the door (you have to enter it from specific tile). Just like finding the pub, it requires some trial and error.

I forgot, at the end of the game. Decrease the sound of the music when you are in the lab and enjoy the sounds
