Context for those who do not want to play and are bothered by this image:
The MC and his friend (in type in the image) are bothered by this arrogant girl, the player is given 2 options:
- The MC looks for something bad about her and subdues her.
- He tells her friend to look for something bad about her and the friend subdues her.
Now, this is NTR? NO, this is exactly the same thing that happens in SummerTime Saga when you can decide if Erick (the MC's friend) has a girlfriend or you stay with that girl.
It's not ntr because the MC has no relationship with that girl, she's not even his friend.
I recommend, if possible, that the dev change only the concept of that (not the scene itself), since it is not ntr and that will end up affecting the perception of the game among its audience.
Obviously it's just a suggestion, but I think it could help.
Exactly, it's not ntr, it's just whether the MC wants to continue with that girl's route or not, if not, then the friend does it, there is no theft, no infidelity, no jealousy, ergo there is no ntr.
This should just change the concept of that scene like "continue with the route of..." or "end with the route of..." would work much better.

The Developer already said on his Itchio page that that path was being removed next patch. They made a new Itchio page were it is stated the game will not have any NTR.

I don't understand why they have to give explanations to those crybabies... if it's optional then why are they always crying?
Some people don't like it when a game has an optional NTR route.
Because - and let's just use an easy to imagine example:
Imagine there's a pizza place in your town, that makes pizzas that you mostly love, except for the fact that every time you order a pizza, a portion of said pizza is covered in toppings that absolutely disgust you. And you never know how much will be covered in said toppings. Sometimes you'll get lucky and it'll be almost entirely edible, but other times you'll order it and get a fully inedible pizza.
That's what adding an "optional NTR route" does to a vanilla/harem game for most vanilla/harem enjoyers. Because one update may be purely harem focused, but then the next one will be all NTR, with many being at least some NTR thrown in there. And in the end, they're only getting half of a game, if they're lucky, and they're always having to wait longer for the harem/vanilla content they actually want to see because the dev is - in their minds - wasting time on NTR crap that they do not care about at all.
Imagine waiting three months for an update to a game, and finding out it has literally nothing for the route you are playing, so you have to wait another three months for another update in the hopes that the next update will maybe have some content for the route you are playing. Now imagine this happening multiple times, on multiple different games that have tried to do this "multiple routes" thing. Now imagine seeing this happen over, and over, and over, only for it to inevitably end in games either being abandoned, or just fade into obscurity with longer and longer waits between updates (I'm looking at you Taffy Tales).
They're less upset about the NTR being in the game, as they are about it otherwise seeming like a potential vanilla/harem game they might actually enjoy that they don't want to see ruined by what "optional NTR routes" can do to a game.

the games story is made to be a non incest story and a incest patch would not make sense as the game currently is though if the story was altered a bit that would work

The only intelligent way to add ntr is to go the way Power Vacuum does, where it locks in a dead end and it enables the game to go full retard mode so you can believe ntr is happening. Because the suspension of disbelief needed is astronomical given that, for example:
Your girlfriend starts cheating and blatantly shows it to you in the usual ntr fashion. You, as the player, go to her and end the relationship right there. If she was living in your apartment, then also kick her out and if you were married, you have extensive evidence of cheating given how ntr works and the evidence there is.
Or you go and kill the fucker who tried some ntr bullshit on an LI. Or the LI tries to kill the dude that tries that shit or reports it to the police.

Not add it in the first place if you dont want it to be the main theme of the game, which it seems to be the case here??? I dont know at this point.

Oh. I don't like NTR myself. But this genre is so poorly implemented and causes more problems than the little gain you will get.
So, you have three routes. At least from what I can think of feasibly.
- You have a dead end, which can be an alt or bad ending where you can go full retard 11/10.
- Full-on netorare game from the start, so you can expect a brain-off story.
- A more dark type of story where you pimp the LIs.
I don't like this type of content at all, and frankly, it is not the only tag with problems, given that the implementation gives certain caveats to the overall story.
Other bad tags are blackmail, voyeurism, BDSM, sandbox, sleep sex, etc. These are what I can think of on the fly.
