I don't know what's so weird about it. If anything, I think it's quite a good story choice. Obviously the world they live in is bitter and broken on many levels, so it would actually be weird if every single girl is an innocent virgin. I quite like Chika. She lost her mom and pretty much her dad. With her mentals broken, she turned to prostitution to try and save the only thing she still has in her life - her dad, no matter how fucked up he is. None of this is that much of a wild thing to happen in irl, not to mention a game.Before this last update Chika was among my favorite characters, I thought she was just testing us at the balcony but after her love hotel scene it is pretty much confirmed she is a prostitute which for someone so young feels... weird.
I would rather she had a normal job and was just considering it, I don't even care if she is a virgin or not but with prostitution it implies she will do anyone for the money which in the love hotel it seemed to be a much older man which is gross. Now there is another character in Nao with similar personality that may take her spot for me.
Another character I don't quite like how is being handled is Miharu with the whole childhood friend into lover troupe she is becoming a comic relief character with the way we are practically oblivious to her attempts to flirt, It is dragging a bit too much for me, I hope one way or another we progress her relationship and stops being as it is, like at some point show some self-respect girl
Other than these two, I am liking what I am seeing and I think the most recent patches have improved the game a lot in comparison.
There is nothing weird or scandalous about any of this.
Frankly, If you or anyone else are so disgusted by this, just don't play the game. Me and the other players who are a bit more mature will enjoy this game in you place lol.

If you actually read what I said in the end I do enjoy what I am playing, If I don't enjoy her part I can always just friendzone her and move on.
I don't mind her not being a virgin I do like that there's variety with the LI, it is the prostitution part that's a problem, she is only 18-19 years old and kinda being forced to become a prostitute I find that part unnecessary dark and I would think the same if this situation happened irl, this girl needs help.
Oh, I read what you wrote. I just think it's bs. There's death, sadness and tragedy everywhere in this game. You literally see people get killed, but your problem is with one of the LIs being a prostitute. We don't even know her full backstory or if she chose this line of work of her own free will. Maybe she got entrapped by gangsters who, if you haven't noticed, are everywhere in this game.
Cmon now. You are just upset that one of the main LIs does not conform to your sexual norms. Stop acting like a saint or whatever you are trying to project here. Grow up kid.

i dont think it advertised itself as a regular harem game. the description itself says "unexpected bittersweet encounters with the girls"
i also dont think there will be a harem path with ayase. she explicitly got jealous/angry with the mc's interactions with other girls

I mean it literally has the Vanilla and Harem tags on the itch.io page and every Patreon post though. All I'm saying is that it's disappointing the direction he took with that character based on how the game started imo

This is one of the most redditor-tier response I've seen on this site lmfao. Not wanting your love interest to be a sex worker is a perfectly reasonable expectation to have, whether you're 14 or 41. And this is coming from someone who doesn't even dislike Chika as a character. I said a few comments ago I found her interesting.

As I said, this game is a lot more dark than people here seem to realize. So if you or anyone else can't accept the prostitution, but are ok with people being hunted and getting shot in the back by another of the LIs, who is probably also a teen, then you are a hypocrite and I will give you shit about it. Or if you are consistent and have a problem with all the darkness in the game, then just don't play it.
First of all, I don't see a vanilla tag anywhere in the OP. If anything it has the "sexual harassment" tag. Secondly, the dev specifically says "PURE LOVE NO NTR" next to the only time he mentions vanilla in that singular picture. Meaning his vanilla thing expands to the fact that there will be no NTR. You bamboozled yourself my dude. So you can fuck off, thank you very much!

I just wanted to say that while this game has its flaws, it also has real charm. It just feels genuine rather than a rehash of tired AVN tropes.
I think the biggest flaws at the moment are the pacing of the relationships with some of the LIs, the number of new LIs being introduced, and the sprawling story which may become hard to maintain, making updates even more demanding and therefore slow to release.
But I really, really like the characterization of pretty much all of the characters. They feel quite real and the world in which they exist feels lived-in despite all the fantastical sci-fi stuff. Congrats to the dev for putting out such a solid game.

People bitching about one of the LIs being a prostitute should calm their titties and let everyone else enjoy the game. It's easy enough to drop her path if they want to. I count at least two choices just in the last update to not continue that path. I think it's OK to complain about forced relationships, but players who complain that some character doesn't match their own expectations and try to guilt trip the dev into changing the story by dishing out low ratings should learn to be less entitled and enjoy the rest of the story. Stop hogging the thread.
