As someone who's barely getting into this, it seems fine to me. Only complaint is that Ashley and Emily's routes share too many events and there are some spots here and there where Emily will literally use Ashley's dialogue word for word to the point where she complains about herself being a handful at one point.

There are only two routes and endings in the game, correct? Even if I try different options in Ashley's and Emily's routes, I always get the marriage ending.

I think that's about it, yes. Some variables may change, but it's more or less the same
