The Wiki had some but as a tip, you should make NPCs that fit the requirements for the events so they fire more consistently than relying on RNG to get the specific NPC traits to show up organically (it is still be up to RNG though if they do show up). Some events require specific events and NPC traits to show up.

The game needs an option to pay rent either as a new day event, or as a toggable switch in MC settings (like birth control). Because if when MC becomes rich, we are getting blocked from rent-payment event 'cuz of our own success.

New landlord event is the landlord arriving and offering to mow your house's lawn. Dialogue option lean towards watching him while he works or just letting him be. Very low quality stuff, the game isn't even clear on how to leave the cheap neighborhood for the Pleasant one. Had to edit game save for that XD

did anything ever come of the user created scene stuff? i remember playing around with it years ago and it seemed to have potential, although i learned that when you write scenes yourself they aren't quite as exciting
