Other scene writers might have a different view of things, but I don't plan on releasing anything substantial to the public in the future because it's entirely thankless and a lot of work. The amount of extra effort to make scenes work for every character build, NPC trait, and respect every significant decision that's relevant is really substantial and it's absolutely not worth it. When I've posted stuff in the past, I either get no response or people asking me for more stuff. So why bother? I know I'm not the only one that has scenes that I don't release because I don't want to provide tech support for them--about 90% of what people do with save editing can be done in-game via the custom scene API, but most of the people that have written their own debug/customization scenes don't want to answer a bunch (often whiny) questions about how to use them so that people can avoid playing parts of the game.
So I think you're unlikely to see a lot of new scenes, NC or otherwise, posted publicly because there's just no incentive to.
