Basically it's down to SO's personal preferences. They outright said early on in the development (on tfgamesite) that they'd never put outright rape into the game. Since they're the developer, that's all there is to it.
It's available to be modded in, but bitching about the lack of content you want but the developer doesn't is just pointless.

I'd really love the ability to actually have your child grow up instead of constant loop of taking care of the baby.
in depth going through each week slowly watching your kid grow up, son or daughter. even maybe being naughty with your son or daughter when they become of age. phewe. that would be awesome.

Well, the lesbian stuff is finally in. I remember something about Ivy in the lesbian storyline. But still don't know if you can Romance and Mary in a Lesbian relationship yet. I also noticed no dildos or other sex toys yet. But we're getting there. 
Oh, you mean the lesbian stuff that was promised years back, kept being put on the back burner, was finally started to be worked on out of the blue, then for the focus to be shifted to Hypnosis before said lesbian stuff could be further developed and incorporated into the game proper to supplement the addition of later scenes (such as FMM, MFF, etc)? The lesbian stuff that was only briefly worked on to try to drum up a little more interest in a game that has been used to string people along with Bungie level promises and Bungie level bitchslaps to supporters? When it first started out it might have had some vibe of being a successor to games like Cursed, but right now its barely got more content then it had in its first year. Don't kid your self's, no mater what he (SO) adds now, its just to keep the Patreon money flowing for nearly no content at all.

You need to have a good personality boyfriend, not sure what the specifics (in terms of player traits) are but I generally get it with a character with a caring, sleazy, crude boyfriend character. I think it only needs a caring or romantic personality, maybe normal works as well. Once they're your boyfriend it's random chance for him to ask to invite over his friend, then random chance each week for subsequent events.
If you want to genderbend the friend, you need to make sure to refuse and rebuff the friend at every stage, but not throw him out early in the first meeting.

"Canonically", the game is supposed to only last 1 Year if you play it legitly. I don't think SO is gonna add it in.
Lilith's Throne lets you have sex with your kids (but they are "magically" aged into adults shortly after they are born).
I like Java because it works on everything. The codes are there if someone wants to make their own game and actually follow through on promises. The Lesbian stuff was put in pieces little here and a little there. And now we actually have lesbian sex scenes but no dildos are toys yet. And we can now actually date women, but no making them into a couple or marrying them yet. And I agree that the Hypnosis storyline is a waste of time. At least you can also edit the lesbian stuff as well. We still don't have lesbian office workers. And I don't know about the regular club.
Maybe later we can add futa.

IIRC, the boyfriend needs to also not have either the Doormat or Likes to Share traits. And the PC needs some amount of love for the BF before it will fire. She doesn't have to be madly in love with him, but something beyond the crush stage is required.

Sorry to butt in, what do you expect the gameplay loop to be like while raising your child? Going day by day just seems like a chore from players POV. Just asking as I ran into such a development dilemma myself.
This guy has got to be the greatest businessman in the world. He gets at least $4,000 a month for putting together small pieces of add on to this text game every few months.
Most of the effort went into moving my fingers to type it, thinking about it took only a few seconds and about thirty seconds to fix the grammar a little. If I can do that much in around a minute then SO shouldn't have this level of difficulty writing scenes that you can copy and paste from Pornhub scripts on something as widely used as Java, which after looking at Java itself, has quite a lot of ease of access for people who know how to write in the language. Overall, the grift is strong with this one.
Anyone got a steer on contents / requirements of any of the new scenes? Since nobody cares enough about this game to keep the wiki alive, or even prune the link.
That sounds like I have to start a new run from scratch...is there a save you could provide so I don't have to?
Just edit the save yourself. You can open it in Notepad++. Use the Json plugin (usually one is already preinstalled) to "Format Json" so it branches everything out.. and then you can find all kinds of details and make changes.
