So no new scenes, I was really hoping for a MFF scene with the landlord and your female partner. I started to regain hope after the last few of SO's updates added new content and not just a random flavor text to a pre-existing scene.
I'm already seriously thinking about starting to learn a programming language and making a game myself if he continues like this
so here's the thing about newlife as opposed to those alternatives. Tons of scenes have relatively equal partnerships or let your character be the dominant one. whats more you can just set it up that you're playing as a sexually active person from the start. You can fuck who you want when you want and even largely turn off some of the more sleezier npcs. no freaky noncon stuff, no starting out with some innocent flower who's life you have to ruin through tons of grinding
and on the topic of grinding it doesn't get lost in minutia leading to hours of boring bullshit. needing to get up get dressed, specifically walking to a closet and putting clothing on article by article. shave and shower, possibly makeup as well. navigate a city clicking from location to location like its mist without pictures go to class/ do a job. have rent so high you have to spend a majority of your time working etc etc etc
Newlife has it so that all the boring stuff gets skipped and you're only brought in when input is needed or when something interesting happens

Did Female Agent ever lose the stupid hypnosis bullshit that made it so all the actual corruption was both non-con, unavoidable and completely lacking player input?
I haven't played it in several years but I remember it almost having the bones of a decent game other than which hard killed it for me
While I can't say anything to encourage you to publish, have you ever considered just saying content is for a specific OC? So you only have to write for one set of traits?

This is why no other game scratches the same itch for me. There's zero grind when moving to point a to point b, no need bars, no skills to level up, no corruption meter. You get the highlight of the MC's week and are in almost full control of how it pans out.
I can play a virgin character who wants to wait until marriage & have her be weak willed to give some challenge. She doesn't need to be corrupted for me to fail from keeping penetration from happening & she doesn't magically become a bimbo afterwards. Wether she settles with the guy, try to find another one to marry or straight up start having sex with every other NPC (+ her feelings about it) it's entirely up to me.

Yeah, I'm really baffled that some people seem to enjoy the click fest of get up, take off pjs, enter bathroom, go pee, enter shower, turn on shower, wash, shave, turn off shower, exit shower, brush teeth, put on makeup, brush hair, take birth control pill, go back to bedroom, put on clothes, go to kitchen, cook food, eat food, grab purse, leave house.
It's much different now than it was then. No hypnosis, and instead of being placed undercover as a prostitute at the brothel, she's a topless barmaid there, so it's a bit more of a believable setup. Of course, in order to keep the mission going she ends up having to sleep with various men and so on, player decides how she copes with that. I quite like it.
i can't imagine anybody would care to upload an update with literally zero new content and a few minor bug fixes.
I could do that, but everything else would still apply, including the "I either get no response or I immediately get people asking me to do/add more stuff to suit their interests" and it's just not rewarding at all. So I feel pretty confident that if I said, "this scene only applies to PCs with this set of traits and NPCs with such and such traits", I'd mostly just hear about how I should make it so it works with builds I don't play and fetishes I don't share and just don't like other people enough.
It all comes down to whether you personally get some satisfaction with contributing. By writing for an OC you are only doing what you planned/intended to do anyway, I’ve been put off from writing for Newlife based on the sheer number of variables that need to be considered. I know from experience that internet thanks and comments are few and far. So I get it.
As an aside I played your expansion for Office Harass and it was very well done, I never thanked you for it so I will now.

Yeah, it's the .exe triggering two AVs I'd never heard of before, until uploading here on F95: Jiangmin and Zillya. I uploaded some of the 0.7.x versions when they released with no problems, so I'm stumped.
Maybe Jiangmin and Zillya are fairly recent additions to VirusTotal, or maybe SO's doing something different. I'm just here to wank to text.

Can the landlord lesbian scene only happen once per playthrough? All consequent times I fail rent from the first time he'll only accept as payment MC. Also can anything else in that scene happen other than the landlord jerking off? Is there some way to get him to join?
I believe it can happen more than once. I've never seen him join and I assume that is not in game, it has never been mentioned in any patch notes that I am aware of.
It usually alternates visits for me, not strictly. But getting it twice in a row wasn't common. He'll do the jerk off scene, then demand payment, then the 3rd time he'll do the jerk off scene again.
Never gotten him to join in or do more than grope and cum on one of the girls.
It blows my mind that we're on a path to seeing this game being developed for a decade and it won't be finished and people will still be paying up month after month. I've seen plenty games get finished in less time with way more content and weren't just text games either. What is it with porn games that seems to make them cursed to have minimum content and the longest possible dev times (if it doesn't die half way or at V0.01)?
If he keeps this up long enough there's going to be a significant chunk of his income and people who will have set up a patreon payment and just forgot to ever cancel it or ended up in hospital and the money keeps being taken...maybe at this point old age leaving them no longer sound enough to keep track of their finances...
