Why are you just assuming this in the first place? There's been a constant development cycle and stream of info that's all entirely in Japanese. Bullet Requiem was popular, and as it's his last game it's front page content on his ci-en page where the updates go up. The dev doesn't need to cater to people overseas who can't read his page, lol.
And, if I were making my own assumptions, there's literally blood splattered across the walls and enemies with some pretty grizzly weapons and designs. He seems pretty guro-adjacent.
I assumed no guro because not only was there none in the early demos, but none in 95% of the game thus far, which has been in development for years. Plenty of guro devs limit themselves to light Ryona only, or even no Ryona at all on a project by project basis.
I've already said that if he did have it in writing from the start then I'm wrong. And if not, then my point stands.
There are cute games with Ryona and Vore, and bloody games with gruesome background imagery but no ryona, so tone really doesn't tell you anything.
It does make sense tho, looking at the whole inquisition hunting witches thing going. And it mixes things up. Wouldn't be terrible for some of the older enemies to have some sort of kill animation as an alternative to rape.
Ryona and guro are perfectly fine mate you need to chill lol. Your criticism doesn't matter since you are on a website where you can get these people's hard worked on content for free. It's common sense that a fetish an artist likes will reappear in another work of theirs.

For the 0.47 Version.. so far i discover:
Guro has been Added, a total of 4 Animations so far.
The other new animations ain't Guro..
At least about animation.. that's what i see there.
Haven't see new Levels (meaby some has been added)
Also, new Monsters and all with the scenes.. like i said before, only 4 of them contains Guro.
If others can provide more info, then let them know.

Honestly... no idea, since i start playing it (i don't remember if was.. 0.45/46? meaby less...)
Haven't see 1 Guro scene so far.. at least till the 0.47 update, that's when i saw them..
1 of 2 at least, or i missed those scenes or... there wasn't one? (honestly can't say much about it.. )

I honestly don't mind some guro, it add to the tone of the game. I can't really believe ALL enemies from a sort of anti witch order(Specially looking the way they look) decide to rape you over killing you. Some older(Like stated before in this post), or maybe more righteous(The Dark Souls Artorias looking knight) might not really care about sex or a "sexy witch" and prefer to just outright kill them cause that's their actual job(And you do see many witch corpses around).
The only thing I don't like is consecutive updates of guro. Uh...I feel like there should've been SOME scenes, but they should consider adding scenes to enemies like the Succubus boss(And maybe a Guro or sacrifice Scene for the Inquisitor light powers lady with 2 blades if she beats you, cause that makes sense for that character, in a few updates.)
See, that's my point; Considering the trajectory of the game, there should be about 5 scenes and one light Ryona(Punching-needling-fisting-Candle wax for example, of which I like none but can understand others doing), and then after another 5, a guro scene...But since they added the first guro, they decided to add another, and then a little while after another, time between guro updates is getting shorter and that's what I don't really quite enjoy.
Also, I'm paying a patronage in their page, not everyone in this site goes full piracy, I'm just paying about 150$ a month of porn game patronages, so that's why I use this site for many other games. If I were to be forced to pay full prize for every game I play I would go watch pornhub and say goodbye to porn games alltogether, so don't judge people in this forum just cause they are in it @CrustyJuicyNipples
