ive set the sync to 1, but is this the issue? (this the is character window, the right side)

The sync just fixes uncapped fps. That issue is not related to the sync.

Ending 2, what is this inside Yua's tongue? A medal? I remember the casino branded her tongue with a magic tattoo or something, but this looks like a metal medal. It's also clipping in and out of her tongue.

Edit: Can also see it at home, when she yawns. Even at the start of a new game.
