When you click on desire and the desire you want to unlock, you should see what you need to do, to unlock it.

Does anyone know how to use the Magic Jammer item? Even when I buy it, it doesn't seem to work and I still get swindled. I don't think there is anything I can do to activate the item either.
Also, how does one turn in the Ring of the Celestial from the casino? Wasn't the whole reason why we got involved with the casino was to get this thing? Nothing happens when I buy this Ring as far as I know.

Return the ring to the guy who gave you that mission.
As for the magic jammer, I don't remember well but I think it's mandatory to lose twice since there's two scenes to be seen with each of the gamblers in the casino.
You have to get swindled at least once (and possibly also talk to a casino employee to confirm the cheating) before you can use the Jammer to block people from cheating you. The option to activate/not activate the Jammer will show up after agreeing to gamble but before the card game/boxing match starts.
Get restrained by monsters. Best ones to go for are the pink ones as they seem to have a higher rate of using restraint attacks.
Is there still something else left for me to unlock or an achievement to accomplish after getting the true end? Another entity to unlock on the square in front of Rain here?
I'm absolutely bummed that I can't get all 4 endings on one save file and had to hold off using my Buster end route save file which progressed further and got almost every CG barring the ones from the Casino. I went to finish Nightmare and Buster end route first and that may have been a mistake I think...

Of course, I'm not sure, but problem is that game does not run on joiplay, because in file plugins.js syntax errors. I can't check on the Japanese version.Perhaps a developer error.
It is definitely possible to get all 4 ends on one save file. Once you see an End, it will be saved in the reminisce room and you will be able to continue from before starting the final battle. So you can simply do the following:
- Get Buster End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
- Go to town, remove Cheating Hearts at Fortune Teller in Slums until you have 2 or less
- Get Lust End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
- Go to town, lower Desire at Church until Falldown Mode is removed.
- Get Nightmare End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
- Get True End.
I can reduce my cheating hearts from the fortune teller? How did I not know this?!?!? Also I would like to ask where I can purchase to increase my Lust meter. I've read somewhere here that someone sells it but dunno who/where.
