IIRC it's somewhere in the middle and you have to go down to see the green pillar
LOL, I had a problem with this quest for a long time too! In the quest log, you need to bring the adult store shop owner three (3) Osiricorn to complete the quest, not just one. Note: the 3 Osiricorn are not even consumed once you turn it in, they remain in your inventory due to some glitch. You need one of these as crafting material for Rain's armor upgrade.

It's doable with the Cheat Menu plugin, but requires a shitload of scrolling and it's kinda hard to find the right variable as there are multiple.
There's more than 1 variable. Need to find the one that changes both the display and the actual points.
To make a CMP addon to edit them would be a far better endeavour.
