If you mean the mosaic, the developers other game came out first on Steam with the mosaic just like this. Then later appeared on MangaGamer with no mosaic, so no you can't right now but possibly can in the future. MangaGamer are a publisher outside of Japan, so unlike Qureate they don't by law have to have the mosaic.

It isn't illegal to publish porn without pixelation/censorship anymore, at least in Japan, unless you fall into a very specific set of categories. Games are still published that way due to the fact that the culture hasn't shifted and the industry organizations that most game companies follow still recommend it.

It's already installed, if you look at the opening post it says prepatched. That patch doesn't remove the mosaic, it just adds back in cut adult scenes.
If you see a Steam R18 patch assume thats what it does, and that a game here will (usually) have it already.

Uh-huh uh-huh... are the sex scenes animated? So tired of modern games being still released as slideshows. Especially when the art looks this promising.
