Only the Denpasoft version of the game is mosaic free, like a lot of patches for Steam the R18 patch just adds back in the cut adult scenes.

Slight question, how do you get the sex scene? Even with the save file, I can only get the handjob/footjob scenes (first two saves), but the sex scene isn't there.
