Has anyone tested the Mac files? I unzipped them with the Unarchiver but when I do that, opening the "Game" tells me that this application can't be opened. It's not even like it's telling me it's a dangerous application, it just straight up says "can't be opened" with no other option.
Honestly, I still get farther by attempting to do Wine Staging/live server with the PC version, but I'm still unable to play.

Sorry to hear that. I don't really have a Mac device, so I don't think I can fix it now.
I'll try to do something with the game. If there is still a report that it can't be used, I will delete the Mac version.

Weird... Google wielded no result for "irheu".
But according to Urban dictionary, the MTN from the devs name is for "Milk them Nipples", or a reference to Mountain Dew. Looks like the game will have a lactating trap and/or piss content (some people compare piss with lemonade, I don't know why, and I find it gross and bad comparison, but...).

Lol. It was just a joke. No need for such a serious looking "WARNING: DANGER !!!" comment.
Although, as a milk lover (who drinks A LOT of milk), I think people should get more into lactation and cow things, with all types of characters. Yeah, all types; almost always it is a huge tittied girl (which I'm not into), while flat girls, my favorite, are forgotten, and I believe milk lovers who have traps as their favorites also feel the same.
Not saying that the game should have it, obviously. I'm just a man talking about my feelings here, while drinking the "I lost the count" th big cup of milk of the day. But speaking about lemonade, I just remembered that, although loving juice, it has been a some days I haven't drank one, and months since the last lemonade.
Drink natural fruit juice, people! And also milk. Both are healthy drinks.
