Guessing the following were added later, 4 years is a long time:

I want to be feared by all:
Crit Success: Terrifying + Living Nightmare (A)
Failure: Trinket of Fright (Bonus to Great Plains Assignments when present)

I want to be one with nature:
Crit Success: M:Na + Green Soul (A)
Failure: Trinket of Life (Bonus to Ever Forest Assignments when present)

I want to lie and be believed:
Crit Success: M:Il + Practitioner (A)
Failure: Trinket of Untruth (Bonus to Diplomacy Assignments when present)

Previously mentioned results for normal Success and Crit Failure still apply so I ommitted them.

In the process of finding those I tested something I was curious about: getting Practitioner from these items works fine for getting Arch-Practitioner later down the line; this lets you save one level-up on a slaver. However, you need to get the item before becoming eligible for a level-up because once the choices are available - they are set in stone. For example: a Veteran slaver needs 1,000 EXP to level-up, you would need to get them the item not simply before leveling them up to Expert, but before they even hit 1,000 EXP (and the level-up option becomes available).

Also, if you get Practitioner via level-up and then get the item - it does nothing so you are effectively wasting the level-up. And if you store the level-up and get the item, then pick Practitioner again via level-up - same, you get absolutely nothing and you just wasted the level-up (the slaver from earlier example does become Expert, anyway).

In the interest of skipping the dumb way of asking every time, I am just going to ask about all of them at once: are there ANY submission-themed features/events/things/whatever that do NOT result in Puppet Leader? Orc Plaything, for example: would it just go down the usual "forced encounter -> several times -> PL" route?

So far the only ones not 100% PL-like I have run into are Lythrana (although, kinda on the fence here: seems like PL, just the text changing is the assignments preparation instead of the fun times your slavers had with you) and the Iforgetwhatitwascalled aspect you get on Overconfident Summoner start (you get forced encounters from Shreal, but since she never takes money she cannot progress PL).

holy shit it might be actually worse than rags version
That's kind of to be expected for an early release from a developer migrating to a new platform despite being so averse to learning to code that he stuck with RAGS years beyond its best before date.
Here's hoping he'll learn to hack it as well as better than RAGS.

A new Twine release is out. Still feature incomplete, so don't bother. Can't believe that's all he can manage in 6 months, on an engine without the excuses of Rags.

Oh, as for unique characters, there should be a goblin futa at the Aversol Market assignment. Will add to the guide when the game is playable again, if ever.

Dang, why you guys so negative?

The Twine build is lacking features but I already prefer it to dealing with RAGS. I can already tell it's gonna be really good.

Helpless Noob Whilst I personally am cautiously optimistic, it goes without saying that a piece of software stripped of most of its code (and workload) is going to run snappier. Comparing current Twine NH performance to current RAGS NH performance is pointless at best, malicious at worst; apples to oranges.

Taken to extreme, one could say the reason you prefer Twine is because it lacks features - it has far less stuff weighing it down.

Is that a Twine addition? I recall seeing a goblin futa pic in the image folder, but since it had "uni" in the filename I figured it was an avatar for one of unique starts. Or worse, the same as "Sai" images - AFAIK that is a unique slaver not even in the game yet.

Yeah, it's new content. Goblin futa named Orchid, her gimmick is she's very hungry and eats more supplies but gets a bonus to all assignments if she used a slave.

I guess the hypno stuff counts? Both of the right hand super negative perks have submissive content. Tho im not sure how deep they go
