I'll explain why I asked that question: whenever I try to start the file, Joiplay crashes immediately and closes. I don't understand what the problem might be.

Can your browser on Android not open HTML files or why are you trying to open it with Joiplay? I had no issues opening the html on iOS with Edge browser. Although the UI is really not designed for mobile, so it's hardly playable.
The browser doesn't cause any problems; unfortunately, the issue lies with JoiPlay. Anyway, thanks for suggesting I use the browser to play it. Even though, as you said, it’s not supported for playing on the phone, I want to try it and see where it takes me.

I was also curious about this, but never got to play much. It seemed like there were respect mechanics tied to the MC's "masculinity". As in a tf'd character would be forced on a submissive route. As someone who'd rather play a respected character who indulges in some extreme kinks (think Dijkstra from the Witcher tv series, having private bdsm sessions with Philippa while remaining one of Redania's power brokers) I'd add to this question, can a tf'd male PC retain control of his crew and slaves, or will it lead to mutiny and game-over?
huh... the current twine version borders on unplayable compared to even the version from 2 years ago. So many options that are no longer available.
I don't know about JoiPlay, but I have searched for a way to open html files on android before, since I couldn't open them by default, and I found

in the Twine version? Yes. Open your browser's console (ctrl+shift+k on Firefox), then enter "SugarCube.State.variables". That will show all variables and their values. You just need to change them, then do an action in the game to see the updated values. Although it's not very straightforward which variables change what.
As an example: To set the amount of Gold your camp has available to "2000", enter
SugarCube.State.variables.Gold[0][0] = 2000You can definitely retain control as a tf'd male pc. It might be harder than if you were not, but there are many ways to be "popular" - including, but not limited to: Being a successful slaver, Having slaves available in your camp for your slavers to enjoy, gaining levels and abilities to be "stronger" (in whatever form that comes from) and more.
Amazing to see the game come away from RAGS - any idea why I can't seam to take any personal actions / recruit any new slavers and don't have any level up options for my slaves in the HTML version?
Because that isn't yet implemented in the HTML version.

Doing some assignments will make you swamp genders and turn the PC into a bimbo, on the other hand biomancy can help you with that.
There are a few ways to do this but it usually makes the game harder in some way. The easiest way I can think of is by taking one of the perks that let you become the sub of another slaver. That way all of the respect checks mostly fall on that character, but your character retains control no matter how slutty they become. I think the second character needs to have the dominant trait if I remember correctly. Considering you can't level up in the uploaded html version, you would have to play the rags version to do this. Alternatively, you could just create your character and allow them to become a slave. You would then take control over whoever took control of the camp (probably the second in command) and then you could use that character to do whatever you wanted with the character you created. Or, if you take the biomancy ability, you could just slowly feminize your character over time, but you would need to maintain good reputation otherwise because things like beauty can lower reputation if you fail missions a lot. There are lots of traits you can take that make this harder or easier, you just need to experiment. Some combinations make the game literally impossible without getting enslaved.

You can have a wife/gf/long time friend in the camp, can't you? Is it possible to train her and share her (or pimp her out)? Does the game recognize her "status" and make her, or your crew tease you accordingly? If that happens, does it add to crew happiness or lower your reputation? Even if it's zero sum, it would be fun, but not a solution for maintaining a good reputation if you get tf'd.
What I think would be interesting to roleplay (as per previous post) is a "bossy" character, a dominant guy who has a kinky side to him nobody would believe. So I'm wondering how far the game would allow you to manage doing stuff that go against your alpha status, while still doing others that let you hold that status - letting that character be enslaved and switching control to another wouldn't be ideal; becoming another slaver's sub would actually work if it only affects your interactions with that character. It would actually make it possible to recreate a Dijkstra/Philippa roleplay, where they're intimately domme/sub but Dijkstra retains his dominance in public.
The biomancy process sounds fun, looks like there's some looking forward to with regards to updates to the twine version. I did get the rags version to work a long time ago, but wasn't quite sold on the platform.

started playing it yesterday. i played a bit of the html, but now i see that a lot of things are missing from that version of the game. should i download the RAGS version instead (the one from the first page that says 0.991 TF) and try it until the html one gets updated, or just stick to html?
If you want to play 0.991 try this one, at least it regalia (sort of html): No Haven: Loaded Dice Mod
Rags is borderline unplayable as for me.
The numbers in the version was supposed to mean how close the game was to completion in percentage terms, so you can feel how much content is missing (0.9 rags to 0.3 twine - a lot), although bedlam started adding something unique to each version of the twine, so theoretically, in four years, when he releases version 0.9 again, it will already be version 2.0 in terms of content, lol.
