Every time a dev loses their Patreon, someone will always report the dev. You'll be surprised at the number of devs who report another dev. I'm not sure how it flew under Patreon's radar this whole time, it's obvious someone reported the game, or Patreon seen the news with the words "Patreon" in the article.
Why aren't you against seeing games where people are constantly running around murdering people? Eh, that's a lot worse than seeing some fucking porn, and there are a lot worse games on Steam that are not porn. Since when did seeing tits and people have sex become so taboo. Young people find it easier to separate violent games from reality than sex games (or porn) from reality. I having been involved in the sex industry, many, even growing up, saw their sexual needs or expectations as too great compared to real life, which caused them many relationship problems.
A mass shooting will of course make more noise than relationship problems in the media.
People who had a wife and children but still left everything behind to find a more exotic sex life. I've seen many women swap partners in swingers clubs (I don't know if this is the right word in English) to please their husbands. Were they forced? I couldn't say specifically, but from talking to their husbands or men, many say that porn has formatted their brains on how sex should be.
Personally, my favorite porn categories have become real-life fantasies, and GTA is one of my favorite games but I still don't want to kill anyone

Even if that was literally the only option - it's not - who cares? It's fiction.
And it's absurd that rape is seen so negatively while killing enough to commit a genocide with an ungodly amount of gore is somehow totally acceptable.

That site is usually somewhat better than steam, for supporting Dev's and adult games, in general.
I bought a vast number of games there - and used to prefer it, over other platforms.

At least steam didn't take the game down, the dev did it himself,though i imagine it would have gone down anyway because of all the bitching from the orcs, itch are the ones who did this to him.
