she was broken at the end of chapter 5 so its normal it feels that way but there was many missed opportunities and kinks that could be implemented further

In case someone does not want to bother anymore with unlocking the gallery. Here is a complete save file.

Extract into savefile folder of the game. They are afaik in multiple locations:

\INSTALLFOLDER\game\saves
AppData\Roaming\RenPy\NoMercySteam
AppData\Roaming\RenPy\NoMercySteam\sync

(Don't forget to backup your old files)

Tried deleting them all and replacing the file. Doesn't work. Erased my existing gallery.
Instead of replacing 3 "Persistent" file, shouldn't there be .save files?

"Persistent" is used to save collectibles and unlocks over multiple saves. The save itself only saves the game progress.

I tried it again with the version posted here. I guess the reason that it did not work was the missing token folder. I created a new files and new instructions. Please let me know if these are working. If they should not work the token is probably also saving the machine - which means those files won't be compatible,

You will get some bonus dom points if you dominated her in the chapters before. There's no way to get the 5 points without this.
