Not really, you can usually avoid any closer contact. And if you didn't manage to end her path before, just don't peek on her when she cleanes. Then it's over for good. Her story is not forced any more than Charlottes.

I love to play Lisa path, but I can't betray poor Emma. If only we had option to chose if we already wanna have a girlfriend at the beginning.

We do ... well, almost.
When you first meet Lisa, you can tell her, that you already got a girlfriend. Next time Emma calls, tell her to so off (basically. Just don't be to confident about your future). Then you can hook up with Lisa again, when meeting her at the club.
