This game and Crowjob would win awards for longest development time. Furry games always seem to stagnate, like High Tail Hall if you even remember that one.

Oh my god I do remember High Tail Hall. That game went through so many iterations and development changes. A good game but man did it take years on years for that shit to be released. And the final product was pretty good, but by that point a lot of people kind of forgot about it and left it. It sucks there's not many actual GOOD furry game development people/teams out there. The only one that comes to mind when it comes to consistency and sheer great content is Taifun Riders. The people who made Space Paws and currently working on Shuggerlain. Fantastic team there, amazing art and impeccable animation. Especially on their current project, despite it not having an insane amount of content right now.

Dang. Thought this was dead.
Crow Job? The developer is remaking the thing from the ground up..... Again.... For like the third or fourth time.... It really is no small wonder that the game is still being worked on at all.
The game is still worked on by him, he posts on his twitter some updates and posts some 3D stuff. But ye the game has been remade like 3 times x.x least you can see nice improvement in his art, style is still relatively the same.
But the updates on it these past few months are pretty consistent now

One thing all 3 games have in common: Their "female versions" were extremely bad, if not nonexistent.
HTH released a female PC with... 0 unique scenes and 0 customization. It had one scene with a finish.
Add like, 2 year and they add the first female scene... without a finish.
NV took THREE years to add a female PC to the "female version".
And still refuses to properly add female characters that aren't copy pasted.
CiS similarly took 2-3 years to add a female PC to the female PC. (Like, she was there, but had no scenes.)
And when they did: She still had no finish to her scenes. And was just used as an NPC for the two PC dudes.
I genuinely have no idea what is up with this type of game, and developers being incapable of doing female PC's...
Like, the core concept is super easy: Have the PC be pleasured by NPC's. Done.

Consider the following, most game devs are men. Also consider the following, a staggering amount of furries are gay. Like... an ungodly amount are gay or bisexual. Last time I checked most content in NV and CiS was gay as well, and that's counting all the previous iterations of CiS. But yeah lots of furries are gay or like futa and shit like that.
Edit: The player with the most content in the previous iteration of CiS was the hermaphrodite shark believe it or not. Still gay, but still.

It's like "We sell cheeseburgers! - Where's the cheese? - We haven't added that yet." or "We sell cheeseburgers! - ... this is seaweed, not cheese. - Well, I like seaweed. So what's the big idea?". Like... SO many devs doesn't have the slighest clue on why lying about the content or severely under-delivering what was promised would be upsetting to some.

I'm just saying: If devs were that lazy with anything else, people would AND have metaphorically rioted xD
We have dozens of games that promised lesbian, femdom and/or female protag for 4+ years without adding it. And people simply make up excuses for it or brush it aside.
But: If a game promises futa or horsedick. People start to throw tantrums if its not added within 1-3 months xP
As said: I do know people are obsessed with those. But the hypocrisy is staggering.

In slightly longer: They generally only call them women because "otherwise it would be gay to admit you wanna suck that dick". Also: People do not care about the origin of the name. All it means to them is "big dick+tits". Regardless of how the character acts or what they say.
In longer, game explanation: In game: The shark does not have a pussy. Gay men will have sex with the shark. Straight women will have sex with the shark. Both of these decline to have sex with the fox because "I'm not into girls". Plus: years ago, Das made a comment along the lines of "Darling enjoys to have sex with other men." This could however be a translation issue.
