Why are you still asking? Nobody has answered any of the other times you asked. Besides, the way this game has been updating since 2014 it's safe to say "almost nothing". I'm willing to bet I could play it now and get virtually the same game I played in 2015. If you're interested in the game just download it yourself. If not quit asking stupid questions.

The download includes a list of playable characters text file, which also says what's new. In this case, a new scene with the male at the bar, and a female dungeon scene with the dragon.
