Overview:

I don't know if it's been patched by dev, but a lot of steam reviews were reporting some kind of bug with the (a?) hornet in a level that was stopping all progress.

From the gallery showing one animation that you can't see anywhere else and the ending saying "Ending 1" i assume there's a secret ending. It looks like a secret boss and the fact i can see a black button on the right of the ladder to the invisible bridge (Spaceship door) i feel like there should be some way to reach that but i can't find how. Anyone else knows how to see ingame that last animation/boss? Or is it there as an extra?

Ending 2 is at the bottom of the ladder. When you enter the spaceship room from the world select area and hit the white button, don't climb the ladder instead keep heading right through the wall and jump to press the black button and go down. From there there's a different last boss with a different ending. The hint for this was in the world with all the lore dumps. In the final room there's an area on the floor that's missing blocks that you can press down to fall through giving the hint to how to access the 2nd ending.
