Yamada brings down the OG three and the head nurse's drug ring. Turns out the head nurse wasn't entirely evil, but rather was a split personality of Mako who lost her way. The game ends with a big orgy with Tachibana, Yamaguchi, Kurokawa, Aizawa(the clerk), and two other names I cannot spell right now.
