After finishing the interview there are no classes, right? And after the scientist leaves a note in the restroom there's no more content as well, right? If there are, then I'm definitely stuck lol
You should see exclamation mark at the sink in your home at night. 12 sub points required, I think. Go to rooftop. This starts Constina quest. As you progress, after swapping cards in Staff Room, classes will start and nurse should appear in Staff Room.

that's weird because I've "finished" Constina questline for now. She says watching from the rooftop isn't needed anymore and she'd contact me. But she never did (it's been like 3 days now) and I got 33 sub points.
Go to the rooftop again, step on the circle and MC decides to call Constina.

I'm still stuck from continuing. I need 1 more dom point to carry on but there's nothing left to do to get said point. I find it silly locking the game up from certain points if you don't have enough points on 1 side without any way of getting more points. I'm not starting again so gave up.
if you are at the same moment as you wrote earlier, you can probably go to the toilet first and you will get this point if I remember correctly

+1 refuse in casino (not recommended, casino is best source of money, unless nerfed)

I can't check 100% but i've already played the game in full up to the point i'm at. And with me being a sub i chose the sub choice most of the time. So going back to some of these and repeating them no longer awards points. I could never do the thief because when i got the taser the thief never showed up in the tunnel (i went there first and got beat by the thirf but when i went back with the taser she never turns up) so that quest is forever ongoing. So all i can do is start again and play more of a dom. But first i don't like being forced to play a dom but most importantly even though i like the game in general i don't enjoy it enough to start all over again just to balance out my points to get further than i could before. Especially if you're forced to play a certain way to make sure you qualify to keep playing.
Unless there's a way to get points repeatedly. But i really appreciate your list. That must've taken quite a bit of work to list up so hopefully that will help fellow users as well

So thief + 3 books is more than you need for current content. If you can't find missing point anywhere and don't want to restart game use saveditonline, it's easy, upload your save, change mentioned variable, download, make copy of your save, replace. It's cheating, but what to do?
This game is far from finished, version 1.9 is on Patreon, some things may be changed, polished, removed, so I expect to restart it many times.
