That's what on hold means. It means the dev isn't working on it right now but will come back to it one day.

Well, it's abandoned now and if we're honest we all knew it'd come.
The dev hasn't logged in here for almost a year after saying he'd only be away for a couple of months.
If they can't be bothered to even post once in 6 months to let everyone know what's up, then I think it's safe to assume it's abandoned until new content actually gets released.

When JumboCumbo said he will be away for a while that when I started to suspect that this will be another Reluctant Archon Situation
It really sucks since this had great potential to be something but alas we won't know anymore since he gone MIA like the dev from Reluctant Archon

I had hopes that this would come back but not any longer this is "The New Reluctant Archon Thread" where Dev never came back
