The answer to this question is probably somewhere on this thread but I couldn't be arsed reading through it.

So there is nothing new? I played the last update which was the version 3 demo and played till after the sperm donation quest then saved. Downloaded this version loaded up my last save and left the hospital. Soon as I got out the door it say's game over. Am I actually missing something or was this version just basically a reload of the version 3 demo with a new version number?

Yes, you might be missing something if you are using an older save (from the OP)
NTR isnt optional and not sure i quit after sharing my girl once then seeing another one of my girls get fucked infront of me against the MCs will quite early in the game

I stuck with dog in karen room and uncle with green haired girl. 0 new quests
Okay i have a solution for me and others. I look in the walkthrough and i did it in the wrong order. After the bank quest i have next quest with neighbours
20 - Steal the penis extension for the uncle ---> unlock Uncle and Megane scene, no availble in this version
21 - Go to the Bank with the aunt.

Thanks for letting me know. Loaded a save from the last version just before I entered the hospital and found two other quests. "Blondie" and calling Karen's teacher. Continued after that and found the Game Over screen after finishing up in the hospital.

There are four new quests and one game.
I don't remember very well!
The little plague, sperm donation, a quest with Karen and the robot dog and a game. (Renpie rgp maker lol)
mini game = you must complete the quest "the little plague".
Make sure you've done those quests before you go to the hospital! (end game)
Also make sure you play with the right backups. savefiles*

Game was definitely great for a wank but it's definitely not the most intriguing story . It's like if Brazzers made an NTR game.

I even upload Windows at my MacBook but still – every 2-3 minutes it`s freezing. Previous version was normal, this one is "ungameable" (new word in English). -I haven't changed anything, the game uses 5 or 7 plugins and the programming is the same.
-If you play on a Mac, it may be that there is a compatibility issue. (emulator?)
-Every time a player goes to a new location, the images are stored in memory (loading, black screen), this requires between 4 and 6 giga of ram.
-I think but I'm not sure, the large number of images and animations can cause slowdowns on some computers!
I think I've found the solution so that all players can play without this kind of problem!
A game (complet)for the new year will soon be available with which precisely, I do tests!
I like to have this kind of respectful question than answer to people who complain about a game they don't pay for!
