after searching everywhere, i finally know how to bypass the condom search bug.
the scene in the laundry room where you ask your cousin to either suck or fuck someone (forgot who), pick the sucking option. i choose the fucking option twice and i ended up stuck, but once you choose the sucking option you get the next active quest after your best friend's mother sucks you off.

I can confirm that the bug is in the normal version as well as the compressed version. Is there any chance that you or anyone else can re-upload the save files as the mega link you posted is now dead. Cheers.

Update... I wondered if the bug was due to a corrupted upload file. I re-downloaded the game via the mega link (I had previously used the nopy link) and now the bug is gone. Anyone else who is still stuck at the condom point might want to try this.

Since then, I've only had one message reporting "this bug" on Patreon.
And that was a few days ago ...
You can read the comments, nobody signal problems!
You can be sure I wouldn't give a buggued game to the people who support me!
