For all her faults, Kim IS realistically written, I can easily picture people like that in real life. The RL equivalent usually has some deep-seated insecurity which drives their nasty attitude.... Weird. Our Red String has reliably 20$ heroes and Race of Life even a freaking 50$ hero.
Maybe the patreons like the developer too much to not screw him over? At least thats why I'm not doing it.

there were talks on discord about updates getting leaked ri8 after it was up maybe that's why they are taking it slow

I just installed it to look at the gallery. Unless I miss remember what a scene being in part 1 Looks like a non sexual Jen scene , a Lea HJ , 2 Bri , a Emma Deepthroat and pegging, maaybe a few Kim unsure if she had any in part 1 but there is 3 for chapter 7 Base on the gallery im probably gonna take my sweet time to play the update im no longer in a rush

I play purely maledom. You get one short, soft scene with Emma (?), that's it.
The rest of the update was the usual "chick flick" style pointless blathering..

Yeah, it was just wrapping up of the remaining characters that didn't got a scene during the first half (more like two thirds) already released. Mostly building blocks/set-up for the remaining two chapters + epilogue.
As an individual update on its own, whatever.
Considering the slower development, developer has lost a good chunk of steam and enthusiasm. It is the middle section of the game which is usually the hardest to write about, so now its all about concluding all plot-lines.
At least structurally, the update offers enough:
