There are two types of joint, in this movements you need to change it to the other.

Many animators better than him...That do the same content? Eh, I don't personally follow them or jackerman. I just feel like finding better animators is worth more than following an animator that doesn't seem like they're trying to get better. Progress looks very stagnant to me.

This looks like it was made in VaM, even though I know it's not. Sure it's a lot higher quality than what you usually see on there, but some of the janky snapping movements that his models do when they start an animation is akin to what you see there.
