Does that apply to the character, or just to the player? In other words, does it count if you have a game where failure = NTR, so you intentionally play badly?
not only failure, but say if there was actions you could do to push the heroine towards a certain antagonist or smth. It doesn't have to be an actual story related action.

Scars of Summer may fit the bill. Not terribly familiar with it, but it seems to be another game where your actions influence whether/with whom the NTR can happen.
