When you unzip the archive, go to settings and choose Japanese encoding. That should fix it.

I unpacked the game with android WinRar under Japanese inicode, and after I launch the game, it was all on japanese. I assume version that we have above isn't have translation, right?

Extract it with WinRar on Android, set in settings Japanese Unicode before doing that and it's all right with running the game for me.
