Are you talking about selecting the ending in the gallery? If that is the case make sure you download the 1.92 update. Cause I know the ending in the gallery was bugged and the 1.92 update fixed it. If you talking about loading the 2nd save file and skipping to the next day to select the ending. Not 100% sure about that one since the ending worked fine for 1.9.

Change the language to English in settings. You have to do this every time you start the game.

Start having XXX with Kaede & Yui when Kaede is staying over, Saturday-Sunday at 9pm - 6am. Make sure the girls have max lust levels and when you click on one of the girls you should have the option to start XXX with both. If you need the 2nd option after a round with Kaede & Yui you should have an option about someone approaching the room and you can send either Kaede, or Yui to distract Shin. Note: It seems with both scenes it's depending on Shin. For Kaede & Yui - Yui's Room 1 do it when Shin it sleeping. I say it'll be best to do it at 12am.
